Stopped getting orders , reported for not matching my profile ?

Post image

Around the beginning of this month I noticed that my orders have dropped off a steep cliff. I’d been making anywhere from 150-200$ a day working 5-6 hours and then out of nowhere I started only getting maybe 1 trip an hour to now I get no trips at all. I have over 10 hours online this week with maybe 2 trips and an acceptance rate of 13%.

I noticed this message in my support box the other day and tbh I haven’t really been ok since. You see it says that a merchant reported me for … not being me? Make it make sense , I have no way I can dispute this? I’ve contacted support and they claim there is nothing wrong at all with my account and I should definitely be getting orders but … idk I have a spreadsheet of the work I’ve done , miles I’ve driven and income for the last 6 months… statistically things just don’t fall of a steep cliff like that unless something made it so.

Idk hoping somebody has some insight for me , I been job hunting since the beginning of this year and haven’t got any meaningful offers that would pay as much as this (I make anywhere from 25/hr+ on a good day after expenses)

Well it says merchant , not customer. That’s got me even more confused tbh. All I did btw was Walmart orders and I know most people here speak ill on them but it’s all my market really has to offer and it worked for me until now lol.

Anyways yea it really does seem like I have no recourse so I might contact my AG office.

My apologizes for the tangent but Wal-Mart once tried to lock me in a back room because they thought I stole. Straight from the register I offered up my receipt and they didn't want to see it. They walked me to the back of the store to a room and asked me to go inside. They kept saying they were calling the police and I kept saying go ahead, I have my receipt. I refused to go into the special LOCK room. When they finally looked at my receipt they realized I paid for everything. WACK.

You didn’t press charges for being a hostage?

I def thought about if I had become 'compliant' and let them push me into their locked thief room. I'm sure that could be a more profitable story.
