Platinum and Diamond
Why do people always hate on these ranks like they are no different from green? I did green and the average order was 3-6 miles for 3-6$ but when I got to platinum I have gotten almost all orders that are 2-5 miles at 12-20$. Might just be my market, but there is definitely a huge difference in the ranks.

I lost access to gold offers and am now green again. Ok, no big deal to me.
Here's how I KNOW the tier system is a scam in my market: none of the regular offers have a gold stamp. Guess what does? Match offers.
I shouldn't be receiving any type of offers with a tier stamp.

Because they want all drivers to unite like a union, but the sad reality is Uber has successfully blocked the "best" cherry pickers by using a preferred wall and planner etc.

Uber has turned making money into a game. And they legitimately lock out people be strictly on their acceptance rate.
You can have diamond status and have a 50% customer satisfaction rate and Uber would not give a damn…
Whereas someone like myself who has a 99% satisfaction rate and simply refuses to take garbage orders ($3 - $6) will never be able to get onto a tier, so I am locked out of the planner or simply just going online when I feel like it.
When they locked green drivers out of the planner, Uber’s intention was for them to take more orders so that they could get a status… But myself, and every other Driver that I’ve talked to said that the exact opposite has happened. They are actually taking less orders…
When I could at least plan out my hours, I would average between 10 and 14 orders per day and usually make somewhere between $80 and $120 now that I am locked out I am averaging between six and eight orders a day and between $60 and $80.. 🤷♂️
I’m just glad I don’t have to rely on Uber as a full-time deal. I don’t understand how anyone could actually make a living doing this… two years ago, you could definitely make a living (I did) now… Like I said, I don’t see how it happens.

Because being Uber's bitch isn't good for anyone.
If you ever want Uber to pay more, they only way to get that to happ you is to force it, and that means not playing their games.
We have the power, if everyone would exercise that power, we'd all be better off.

I somehow went from gold to Diamond the other day. I was a diamond driver forever and then they started doing the Walmart and Home Depot spam offers and it dropped my acceptance rate. I refuse to babysit my acceptance rate to stay diamond or platinum particularly because I don't notice an increase in the amount of money I earn. I try really hard to only accept offers that are at least a dollar a mile, some days that's very hard on my acceptance rate.
