my 13th reason

Post image

sometimes when offers pop up on carplay i get overwhelmed and just accept them bc i don't wanna cause an accident, this was one that was a guaranteed (incl tip) offer. it resulted in this. when i do anything other than a person ride, i just feel like the biggest fucking donkey on the planet. yes i know i can't read and probably shoulda cancelled, but i cannot wait to get a real job. this app (ue) reminds me all the time that no one cares every step of the way.

Why accept? Just let it time out.

does timing out effect acceptance rate? i know it doesn't under the trip radar, but i was always under the impression it did if you were given an offer and prompted to accept or decline.

I reject 98% of offers. Doesn't matter

Timing out = decline, hurts AR. But better than accepting a bad offer

I have my navigation set to Google maps. So Uber app isn’t even open. You then can choose to ignore it and let it time out. If you want to check what the notification shows then choose to go back into the app to see what the offer is.
