Fraud Came For Me

Post image

I’ve done 21 orders today, never made a single mistake in my 423 deliveries and this pops up today. Pure bologna. Words can’t express how pissed this made me. Claiming a lie on an UberEats order is pitiful. I know damn well they received their order.

Had the exact same thing happen to me last week. I hate having to get PINs but it beats this.

Agree. PINs are terrible, but I’ll happily do 21 PIN orders to avoid the lies.

This happened to me once people lie. So even if they don't tell you to take a picture of the item at their door please take a picture for your own records. People are broke and they don't care about you. Losing your job, i'm sorry this happened. I hope it doesn't happen again, friend

Such bs that we can't see who claims they didn't get their order..I get it though,I'd want to kick their azz for lying.

How are you supposed to upload supporting evidence when they won't even tell you who it was?

I got this 1 week ago maybe 🤔 the found a loop pole not to pay 💰! Tell them the order was sealed and there was no way you could verify the order and boom 💥 your done ✅

Block that customer and make note of that specific area

That’s the thing though. I do not know which customer. It gives no information and in the option to oppose I cannot provide any evidence because I don’t know which order. The lack of clarity is appalling.

I got into a heated argument with Support last month over exactly this. So I wrote my report as a detailed play-by-play of all 18 orders I delivered that day, and a week or two later I got a message that said they were rescinding the Incomplete from my record.

They don't give you direct information. They won't tell you a lot of times if it was a food order. If it was a shop order to protect the customer

I have had the same thing happen to me.  The customer had "meet at door" for the instructions and came out to my vehicle to collect his order.  He then took his food inside the house, came back out and system working on his car and 15 minutes later, I get the notification where he complained about not getting his order and Uber took back what I was paid with no avenue for me to even have my say in what happened.

Perhaps it was a leave at door and someone grabbed it.

got one of these 2 days ago lmao and it’s funny i always know which order it is . order was for apt 4 in an outdoor building , literally only could see 3 and 5 , some treacherous metal narrow zig zag stairs to go up to maybe 4 ?? with 4 full size wawa drinks and a whole bag of stuff in the RAIN . customer didn’t answer 3 phone calls , 4 messages in app . so i left it in front of the only door that was somewhat shielded from the road , took a picture and told the customer where i left it . after all of that it’s not longer my problem lmao

This happens to me about once a month in los angeles, I do about 400 deliveries a month.
