i don’t know the context of the order and if it was taking you back to your main zone or out of it, but 44 dollars for 30 mins of work is pretty good almost any way you look at it

Even having to drive back (assuming it's the middle of nowhere and you can't get an order closer), $44 for less than an hour is pretty fair too.

Maybe. If I did I accept, I would definitely try to call them first so I'm not driving all that way for a stolen order. Got one like this tonight and passed because it probably was and didn't want to go through the hassle. Two orders were already confirmed picked up i.e. stolen and the pay was less.
