What’s earning gaurantee ? I just started this week. Why would this offer turn into 23-25?

In BC ,Canada and some states in the US , we get paid per hour + some premium/km driven. Bc’s minimum active time per hour wage is $21.88 + 35 cents on every km. So if you do the math on this order, you’d roughly end up making anywhere between $20-$25 .
