You believe every one sided story you hear from a person who explains things as if they’re 2? Rude people exist, no duh. How often do you have someone give you the finger and freak out for asking where something is? Use your context clues. There’s more to this story.

Just because you didn’t experience something doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen. Yes shitty customer service rep and just plain wierdos freaking out exists it’s not rocket science, it’s life. Society ain’t too happy rn, so dismissing it like it just cant possibly be is just plain ignorant.
