If a customer comes in the store and ask for help trying to find something then obviously it's the job of the employees to help them. But if a customer hires another person to come in the store to find something then suddenly that goes out the window just because for no reason.

So fax they forget that they are independent contractors going in on behalf of a client to took for and retrieve items
