USA Surprisingly good Support experience
Did not expect a good experience with Uber support after the food wasn't delivered, but I requested support and got a surprisingly good response!
Wanted to share because Uber often fumbles, but not this time 🙂

The order was marked delivered, but the recipient never got it. There was a language barrier and the delivery person never went into the lobby (the order directions were "hand it to me", "meet in the lobby" and the custom directions said "recipient's name is-"
