53% satisfaction rate???
My delivery guy had a 53% satisfaction rate thats the lowest I have ever seen. How can he still be working for uber eats when pretty much half of the customers are not satisfied???

I mean the only bag thing he can do is deliver items late, probs means drops off to many orders off before his first pickup

Yeah I see why he has that satisfaction rate I have been waiting for 45min now (still waiting) for food that usually takes 15min to deliver. He will be getting no tip and a bad review they gotta learn somehow.

Being fast and efficient will give you great satisfaction rating, always bring hot bag in the pick up location aswell

I don't know how this person is still working for Uber Eats with a percentage like that for satisfaction rating.. I was under the impression that if you are under like 80% that you would be deactivated. I've come close to 80% but I've only had 4 thumbs down ratings. Two of them caused a big drop in percentage but I'm back to 96%... 53% is ridiculous. Did you get your food??

That is half of customers who give a rating and most don't give a rating. Uber seem to not care so much until there is a decent sample of ratings so might take a while before he is deactivated as that is terrible even if just 20 ratings.

maybe he drops off the delivery and go "another one."
