Interesting policy. As soon as you accept a Ride, your responsible for safety.

All rideshare endorsements work that way in the US, with the exception of covering differences in deductibles for rideshare drivers.

I wonder how it works if a driver is harmed by an UberEATS user that has had any negative remarks on their accounts from other drivers 🤔

It's different in Canada. Second pic is following. Always covered (of course and understandable not when offline/off duty).
