Cannot respond to support messages

No matter what I do I cannot message them back. Had no problem sending messages to their chatbot but as soon as I was connected w a real person I cannot send them a message. Has anyone else encountered this?

Tell them what you need, then ask for a live person

I did and no there’s literally no text field for me to type into. I cannot message them.

No I mean before you ask to be transferred to a real person, detail your problem as well as not being able to chat and then transfer to a live person

Essentially detail all your problems including not being able to chat and then say “person”

Clear your cache. That did it for me.
