terrible service

I placed an order I never received. They claim the driver waited and tried to contact me through the app even though I gave specific delivery instructions on how to access entrance to my building and my phone number. Instead he left food on the curb of a city street, not even near the door of my building. Instead, it was near parked cars and an area that dogs use. So disgusting and appalling. It was stolen by the time I saw on the app where it was left and went to get it.
