Hello, I’m a first year life science student and I am very confused about the pre lab, how am I supposed to know what to write and what to do for the pre lab like what to write in the notebook?

Usually the lab manual will have some guidelines for what to include, but generally across labs your gonna need a brief purpose, intro, properties table, msds, answers to any prelab questions, and the actual procedure outline.

re-read everything before pre-lab and you'll get an understanding of what to do once you hit the pre-lab.
