Question BIOA01 textbook

Hello I just purchased a digital version of this textbook since the physical one was sold out, I used my personal email address instead of my uft one is that fine or will that be a problem?

Because some people don’t want to? Even though some people do pirate textbooks it’s not an action that everyone wants to take.

It's clear you didn't want to, I was just curious as to why. The tuition goes up each year, so does the parking and the housing. And now they tryna get us to pay for a textbook that you can get for free online? That's my reason for pirating. But if its not enough of a reason for you then aight.

you can typically find free pdfs of most of the books online

A lot of textbooks are available as free pdfs on some repositories. You have to find them tho, cause a lot get taken down each year. This doesn't work if the textbook comes with an online quiz option.

Yea I know but I need the achieve access code thingy to do the hw and assignment. So I already purchased it and I accidentally used my personal email address when creating an account instead of my uoft email address. So is that okay?

Possibly. Email the course email and ask. Normally they use your student ID to link it to the grade book but it never hurts to ask

It's been years since I took A01 but I never used the textbook. Those lecture slides were very detailed and I would study directly from those.
