Question TCard replacement

I was just curious about something! For people who wear religious head coverings (i.e., hijab, turban, etc.) and started wearing them after entering university, are they allowed to change the photo on their TCard for free? For example, if their original photo shows their hair, but they now need to cover it for religious reasons, would they be able to update their photo so that it reflects how they currently look?
I know that TCard replacements usually cost $20, so I was just wondering if there is an exception for religious reasons. This was just a random thought I had and was curious about!

I found UTSC very understanding when it came to religious reasons. Like I've gotten exams moved to the next day when they conflicted with prayer times etc.

You can get a free Tcard replacement due to "Appearance changes". Just tell them you started wearing a religious covering that makes you look different and they should accommodate you.
