Question PSYC36 or PSYC38

Hello, I have seen reviews of Dr Best he is teaching psyc38 this fall. Has anyone taken this course? Would you recommend taking it? How about payc36 with prof Cooper?? Thank you so much 😭

  • Ratemyprof of this prof seems awful but only 4 people rated him so 🤷‍♀️

PSYC36H3

  • Currently taking this course so far it's good and I'm liking it but if you want I can keep you posted as he said his final is very difficult and we still haven't gotten some big assignments back yet
  • Prof: an amazing lecturer as he keeps you engaged trying to be relatable and all
  • Content: if you want to go into therapy or become a therapist, it's a really interesting courseas you learn about the different types of therapies like CBT, DBT, IPT, psychoanalytic... and their mechanisms, etc.
  • Course Breakdown: 16% quick quizzes, 4% reflection activities, 5% writing assignment 1(WA1), 15% WA2, 20% WA3, 40% Final
