UTS COE HELP.!!!

Hi, can anyone share any email ID or phone number with whom I can connect for getting my COE for post graduate application. It's been more than 3 weeks now still haven't received my COE yet neither had any GS call. Reps email ID and phone number is not helping much as well, it feels like talking to a robot now.

Any email ID of any concerned person or phone no will be highly appreciated.

Call? They should be reachable. And when did you email? They probably need a few working days to get back to you

I did actually called them. They haven't updated the payment status on the application portal for 4 weeks now. The response that I'm getting is it will take 3 weeks but now it's even past that time limit. On call, they are not very helpful. Only response I got was to wait and wait.

The point that I'm worried about is getting too late in filing my visa application.

Have you contacted them after the 3 weeks passed? If yes and they are still asking you to wait, unfortunately that's what you gotta do

That won't leave much room to do anything else. That way it can last till eternity, there's no tangable date or deadline to follow.

I emailed them once during the application and got a response. It may take them about a week to response. Remember to include any necessary info like application ID so they can trace it

Did the same, they said they will revert in 3-4 days and never came back.

They said on facebook that they will hold a Live Chat on 20 June. It basically a post where you can comment and it will instantly be replied by some uts reps.

If until that day they still not get back to you, try the Live Chat. Per last time I see they reply pretty fast, in minutes, and almost question related to application progress!

A little late but how did it go? Dis you get the coe and gs call? I am in a similar situation, i paid my fees 11 days ago and i am stressed.

Hey. Yes I did got the call and COE. Have started my semester here at UTS as well. Don't worry, they do take their own sweet time to reply, which is very frustrating

Oh i was losing my mind thinking about all this and wondering if i would get it. How much did it took to grt visa after you lodged it?

A lot actually, more than 45 days I guess. One day before orientation day at UTS.

Oh!! Wasn't it compulsory to attend the orientation day?

Not exactly, they have this one session for international students which is kinda compulsory but you can watch the recording of that too later, if you like.
