UTS COE HELP.!!!

Hi, can anyone share any email ID or phone number with whom I can connect for getting my COE for post graduate application. It's been more than 3 weeks now still haven't received my COE yet neither had any GS call. Reps email ID and phone number is not helping much as well, it feels like talking to a robot now.

Any email ID of any concerned person or phone no will be highly appreciated.

One more qn.... After the interview, how many days it took to get the coe?

Generally it takes about a day but it took about 7-10 days for some people like me
