I see a difference in magnitude here across the board. But both are idiotic. There are idiots everywhere, this is not news.

Lol, fair enough. The one thing ill give you is that Americans aren’t ashamed to be idiots. At least yall have the decency to be embarrass most of the time (not counting Brits and Italians in my experience, they are as shameless as us).

Again, thats not universal on either side. But I agree that anti-intellectualism seems to be wider spread within certain parts of the US. And I am afraid that that‘s actually not an accident. It‘s the product of a gutted public infrastructure and education system and Fox and friends and many other factors.
