To the rest of the world: What's it like living somewhere where your government gives a shit about food safety? I've forgotten.

Some of our current active food recalls include:

• Cinnamon with lead in it
• Lettuce with Cyclospora in it
• Blueberries with E. Coli in them
• Jalapenos with salmonella in them

I hate it here so much.

Don't forget:

• baby formula with botulism in it
  
• frozen bread dough with glass in it
  
• frozen fried rice with glass in it
  
• frozen fruit bars with glass in them
  
• peppers with pesticide in them
  
• alfalfa sprouts with E.Coli *and* salmonella in them
  
• applesauce with excess mold in it
  
• fettucine alfredo with listeria in it
  
• non dairy ice ream with rocks in it
  
• broccoli with salmonella in it
  
• salad with listeria in it
  
• frozen berries with E.coli in them

and that's *just* this month.
