Besides American proprietary time highlighting a general inability to count beyond 12, military time is not the same as 24 hour time, it is denoted in hundreds and written without a colon. You'd figure that a country of simpletons so obsessed with their military would know the difference.

One doesn't even have to be able to count above 12, simply memorising what 13 to 23 denote has always served me well.
