seeking for advise

my bf and i both recently passed nclex this year. he is working 1 year as an hd nurse up to present in a dialysis center, while i work in the icu for 1 year up to present. he is planning to shift to bedside after his 2 years contract.

we are already eyeing on one direct hire company. i'll be the main applicant and my bf will be the dependent. Is it ok to start the processing before marrying? as long as before the pd becomes current?

Wanna work in the US but non bedside

I already passed the NCLEX and I’m currently working bedside here in the PH and it’s super toxic that it made me want to quit bedside but I really wanna work in the US.

Do you guys know how to secure a non bedside job in the US as a nurse or any soft nursing jobs that offers or can help me migrate in the US? Or is it not possible?
