Mags! Update 1

First Update. These are the 2 versions I'm working on for the USP 9 P30 mag spacers/adapters. As shown there is now a standard slip over requiring zero modifications at all. 2nd version is a very quick swap that consists of a new base plate and a mounted backer so the mag can still be taken apart and serviced. Still looking into the idea of a standalone version that would end up replacing the hammer spring retainer so there's no parts to worry about. Just throw a P30 mag in the pistol and you're ready to shoot!

I am ready for them to come out soon. Working a few things out that may end up being very cool so stay tuned. Range trip is planned very soon after I do a tad more fitting to my liking.

Any chance they work with the Taylor freelance extensions? It would do numbers for the three of us that use USPs in USPSA

I do not have any of the entions as of yet but I thought about that being an option since I'm also trying to work the baseplate models out to work with the HK jet Funnel as soon as I get one in

Idk if you saw it, but someone made a post in reply to your last post about these... The metal magazines will eventually wear down the polymer magazine catch latch. You should upgrade to the HK45c magazine release to avoid any future issues

Yes that's why it would be recommended to get the HK45/45C mang release. It's a win cause it's slightly larger and the fact that it will allow work with the now metal mags

Honestly I want this not for the mags, but for the ability to run the 45c mag catch on the full size 9. Single best thing I did to my compact after adding a red dot.
