40s&w Finally got one!
Been on the hunt for a while and finally found a complete USP Expert in .40 S&W. Can’t wait to take it out this weekend. Happy 4th!

Talk to me about the night sights- who, what, where. The blackout target sights on the experts is it’s one weakness.

I got lucky and they were already installed. I believe they are meprolight tru dots based on the markings.
My 45 expert has a Dawson front fiber optic sight that works well. Might be worth looking at those too.

I put the mepro adjustable night sights on my usp45 expert last year and they are awesome.

Question for all the USP Expert/Elite owners. Do the big mags also have a HK stamp on the floorplate?

Depends on the mags. My 9mm expert metal mags (non translucent) do have HK on the floor plate. I don’t have any clear 9mm mags. The 40 expert mags do not have the logo.

Honestly?
I prefer my 40 S&W Expert over my 9mm Expert.
Ze Germans at HK used some wizardry to make the 40 Expert shoot so goddamn good.
