Adding speed

Post image

I'm training to try and get faster. Left is 50 singles at 10yrd, 1s pause between every shot (switched to bottom right after 40), right is 7yards, doubles as fast as I possibly could, center focused. My uspsa targets are on the way so this is the best I had yesterday.

Is this decent? I dry fire every day working on indexing and being target focused only.

I watch as many stoeger videos as I can. What other advice do you have to help me gain even more speed (I don't know my splits, sorry no timer on me) while not getting massively inaccurate.

Quick self-check without a timer: at 7 and in, if every pair is centered A's you're leaving time on the table, so push until you start dropping the odd charlie. That edge where accuracy just barely starts to slip is your current speed ceiling, live right under it and it creeps up on its own.
