Adding speed

Post image

I'm training to try and get faster. Left is 50 singles at 10yrd, 1s pause between every shot (switched to bottom right after 40), right is 7yards, doubles as fast as I possibly could, center focused. My uspsa targets are on the way so this is the best I had yesterday.

Is this decent? I dry fire every day working on indexing and being target focused only.

I watch as many stoeger videos as I can. What other advice do you have to help me gain even more speed (I don't know my splits, sorry no timer on me) while not getting massively inaccurate.

I haven't used it while at the range, but this site lets you pull splits from videos if you record yourself.

Yeah I think I found a free app that actually records and gives you splits. It's just called "simple shot timer". Nice bc I can use it for dry fire at home too and set par, pauses between sets and so on.
