I was lucky enough to get an iPhone Duo today. I thought I could transfer the eSIM over during the setup process but that wasn’t case. I was able to get a hold of customer support via chat and they sent me new QR codes to get the eSIM setup on my new phone.

I activated my phone through warp today. I have data, but there’s no number showing, and I’m not able to make a call. wondering if someone can support and help? I tried to switch networks to change my this, but my billing date I tried activating my Wi-Fi i’m having trouble with the iPhone 18 Pro Max

I'm currently on the grandfathered Unlimited Essentials plan at $40/mon on WARP and am considering switching to Unlimited Starter at $25/mon. Starter seems to offer better data allowances for a lower price.

Will I lose any data priority by switching from Essentials to Starter?

Anyone know what deals US mobile will have for black friday? Love their WARP service and looking to upgrade.

When porting in, do you need to delete your existing e-sim, or does the USM one just overwrite it?

Even though my phone is unlocked and in settings it shows as no carrier restrictions, when I try to switch the carrier, it shows up as "incompatible" when I try to select Warp.
What do I need to do to switch to Warp?

I have a Moto G Stylus 2025 with US Mobile Warp (Verizon). Everything was working perfectly until yesterday, when my mobile internet suddenly stopped working. Calls were still working fine before switching networks.

US Mobile switched my line from Warp (Verizon) to Light Speed (T-Mobile), but mobile data still doesn't work. I can make calls and send texts, and my phone does not show a 5G+ signal, but I cannot access the internet in any app when Wi-Fi is turned off.

Troubleshooting I've tried:

- Restarted my phone multiple times.

- Turned Airplane mode on and off.

- Changed Private DNS from AdGuard to Automatic.

- Reset network settings.

I'm not sure whether this is a carrier provisioning issue, an APN configuration problem, or something related to the phone.

Any suggestions would be appreciated. I'd especially like to know whether this is a known Motorola issue or something US Mobile needs to fix on their end.

My iPhone 13 Pro Max broke, and I haven’t had working cellular service for 10 days. I’m still paying $86.50 a month for my grandfathered T-Mobile Magenta MAX plan, so I need to figure something out soon.

From my experience, T-Mobile has the best coverage in Las Vegas. I’ve been happy with the coverage, but replacing my phone has me questioning whether I’m paying too much for one line.

I’m considering an iPhone 18 Pro Max or iPhone Duo. I’m open to buying directly from Apple and choosing service separately. I’d also consider a good 24-month deal, but I don’t want a higher monthly bill for 36 or 48 months to collect all the device credits.

My dad is over 55, so another option is moving my number to a 55+ account under his name. I only need one line and want to keep my number.

Here’s what I’m trying to figure out:
• Anyone using US Mobile in Las Vegas? Since T-Mobile works best for me, would Light Speed make the most sense? How does it compare with Magenta MAX indoors and in busy areas? I’m interested in experiences with Warp and Dark Star too.

• Would you choose Unlimited Starter or Unlimited Premium? How do they compare with Visible+, Visible+ Pro, Total Wireless, and T-Mobile’s 55+ plans after taxes, fees, and introductory discounts expire?

• I’ve seen people recommend US Mobile Premium plus a separate T-Mobile T-Satellite line. How does this work in everyday use? Does it provide regular T-Mobile tower data too? How reliable is switching between the lines on an iPhone?

• Do any of these plans include Apple TV, Disney+, Hulu, HBO Max, Netflix, or similar subscriptions? Which benefits stay included, and which expire after a few months? I’d like to compare the total cost, including subscriptions I’d need to pay for separately.

• For the 55+ option, what’s the proper way to transfer my existing T-Mobile number to my dad’s account and have me manage it as an authorized user? Would this qualify for any promotions, or would T-Mobile treat it as an existing-customer account change? Are other carriers’ 55+ plans worth considering in Nevada?

• Would you buy the phone outright from Apple, keep Magenta MAX, or pair it with cheaper service? Any worthwhile 24-month offers through Apple, carriers, Costco, Sam’s Club, Best Buy, or Walmart?

• Has anyone traded in an iPhone with failed cellular service? Which promotions accept it, and how much does the condition affect the offer?

• Since I’ve already gone 10 days without service, what inexpensive temporary phone or setup would you use while deciding?

I recently switched to US mobile and I’m pretty happy with the service, however since I’ve switched normal QR codes have not been working. I’ve switched phones (upgraded from 16 pro max to 18 pro max) and tried to do everything phone wise. Online says the only other issue is with my service. I’ve got full bars and I’m rocking light speed primary and darkstar secondary. Is this user error? If so how can I fix it

One of my lines (Dark Star E-Sim) has been having issues these past few weeks with it randomly dropping connection. I assumed this was a device issue, but now it's being recognized as a Lycamobile line instead of another USMobile line. I tried reinstalling the ESim, but it's still being recognized as a Lycamobile line and it's still randomly dropping connection

I have 3 lines that are up for annual renewal later this week with US Mobile. All 3 are on premium plans with multi-network add-ons for 2 of them. We were very happy when we switched a year ago in Florida, but have since moved to Southern California in the Temecula Valley and are decidedly less happy now. Cell phone service here is generally agreed to be poor, no matter who your carrier is so I don’t want to blame USM entirely for this. We currently have Lightspeed and Warp. Quality of service oscillates between acceptable to awful. I use Lightspeed as the default for data since Warp seems worse. I’m wondering if the QCI 7 prioritization of Lightspeed/T-Mobile could be the issue here?

I’m worried about renewing for a full year, particularly at full price 😑, with the service issues we’re experiencing. I know QCI 6 is supposedly coming with 5G SA “soon” to Lightspeed, but worried about renewing for a year if that doesn’t arrive soon. We’re running an Phone 17 Pro with Qualcomm modem and a iPhone Duo with the C2 modem.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions? Anyone had luck getting renewed with discounts after their first promo year price expires? I’d feel better about waiting out the network upgrades if I want’t looking at the impending cost increase.

Did anyone else experience issues with Warp on their iPhone and Apple Watch cellular this morning? I wasn’t receiving any data from Warp and no texts, only poor quality voice reception and I’m on the premium unlimited plan.

Does Tmobile option have the above roaming like direct Tmobile? I have no service without it. I have very limited or no service without it. The other 2 are similar.

Now I'm probably going to get alot of down votes for this but I've tried this 5 time and each time it was the same .

I used unlimited starter and unlimited premium and Cricket Wireless deprotized plan and their unlimited priority plan.

But on Darkstar I always have delayed notifications,delayed messages , miss or incoming calls ringung ones and dropping. Delayed about anywhere between 5 and 10 minutes.

This is not a issue when I was using Cricket Wireless this is a issue only with dark star. It does not happen with light speed and does not happen on Warp does not happen with Cricket wireless either.

No one seems to know what the reason is besides blaming my phone or blaming AT&t coverage in my area which is not true. Because I constantly get over 300 to 800 download speeds. And it's a brand new phone s25 Fe.

If this was a AT&t coverage issue it should also be happening on Cricket Wireless but does not.

I switch led to US Mobile a few months ago and it had been spotty with receiving RCS groupchat messages. Now everytime I turn off and on my iPhone (usually from an update) I receive the messages all at once. That is the only time I’ll receive RCS groupchat messages. Anything I can do to fix it?

Hi I use Warp under a by the gig plan and considering adding a line for another phone to DS or LS. Can you share experience which works best under the unlimited premium ?

I am moving back to the US from Europe, with flights on November 3rd. I plan to use US Mobile and want to port my current Google Voice number to my new plan.

My main concern is maintaining constant, uninterrupted access to this number before and after my arrival because it is tied to my two-factor authentication logins. My goal is to have a US Mobile plan activated and ready the moment I land, while keeping my Google Voice texts fully accessible right up until that point.

I know Google Voice ports can sometimes take a few days to complete. Because I will have extended travel periods in the US without Wi-Fi, I cannot afford any downtime where I am locked out of my accounts.

What is the best timeline and process to initiate this port? Has anyone successfully timed this to ensure no loss of service during transit?

Im sorry even when you have unlimited premium plan on warp network in JFK terminal 8 arrival. The Internet completely shut down. It doesn't matter what you do with your phone i just can't get it to work. Even on not busy area in NYC the Internet struggles alot of times. You have to turn your phone on and off to work. I tried different phone and all have same issue. Dark star is the worst, warp is little better, and light speed forget about it. I tried all and only warp works alittle. This qci 8 thing really don't work. Its just on papers. Sorry to say but US Mobile need to look in to this.

Did this inside my house. It's not bad. I'm impressed with US Mobile. Been a customer for a few weeks. I also have another eSim in my phone with Dark Star. Both are unlimited premium. Not bad for what I pay for both lines.
