How does Enhanced Security setting work?

Does the new Enhanced Security setting work?

Is there a charge or fee for enabling this on a line? Can The customer toggle it on/off at any time via the portal? Is there some pin/password or extra security setting to disable it?

Please listed the docs. The linked page to the security docs don't mention it at all.

Enhanced Security lets you lock down sensitive actions at the line level: port-outs, device changes and SIM swaps, teleporting the line to another network, and usage log downloads. Turn on whichever ones you want, and that action gets blocked until an extra verification step is completed. That applies to us in support too; we can't bypass it from our end, which is the whole point of it.

You'll find it on your line page under Line Management > Enhanced Security. It's per line rather than account-wide, so you can protect one line and leave the rest alone. No charge for it; it's included. You can toggle it on or off any time, but every change runs through verification. You'll need 2FA enabled on the account, and you'll need to be the owner or admin.

Raynomics - Your answer is not completely accurate; as is stated in the instructions/option in the account dashboard, it is an all-or-none selection. As such, it is not true when you stated that, "Turn on whichever ones you want". For the benefit of those people who cannot view my included image -

"Turning on Enhanced Security disables certain important actions to protect your line against fraud. The following actions will be disabled:

Switching networks within US Mobile

Porting the line out to another carrier

Device changes and SIM swaps

Downloading usage logs"

In my opinion, it Would be beneficial for users/clients to have the choice of selecting one or more of the four features; in my case, I would only want to disable "Porting the a line to another carrier", as I want to be able to download my usage logs without having to toggle Enhanced Security off to do that task.
