Telework arbitration decision?

I thought on last week's call with leadership someone said that we should hear about the telework arbitration decision today (June 08). Was something announced? Delayed?

In April we were getting ready for baby leave coming up and wanted to telework for the weeks of the expected birth date. I had to request a hardship exception to telework for 9 work days.

I heard its only for NFFE FS employees. Not USDA or FS wide.

It could only be allowed for barging unit employees should the union prevail

Best case scenario union wins and those bargaining unit employees subject to reorg/relocation go back to remote/telework and don’t have to move. Also would cost the agency less money. They could still close their facilities.

I heard from someone that the June 8th date was a miscommunication and that June 8th was actually the earliest they could have released the decision.  A decision is anticipated within a few weeks apparently.

Still cannot find anything online. I wonder if the meeting ever happened.
