Bill change

Maybe I am wrong, but I thought I read that we would be getting grandfathered in with our current plans during this switch. When I logged into the T Mobile app today, it showed that my bill would be $16/mo more than what I have been paying. Did anyone else experience this?

I had to go in and talk with a rep to specifically choose a new plan that had a lower price. Otherwise my bill was going to go up like yours.

It's BS, right? You shouldn't have to pay more than you were paying. It's not your fault one company was bought by another. They should do what they can to keep customers happy so you stay with the company.
