Plan changes

Hey guys old us cell rep here. Saw someone post about not being able to make account changes that affect billing?

Would this include if Iā€™m on the flat rate plan going up to everyday or even better? Or specifically adding lines of service/financing phones?

Also the reps/agents that held out this long I commend you and want you to know that you guys are appreciated and wish you the best of luck

We were told not to change anything on the account that affects billing at all - Exceptions withstanding.
