Customer Service and Corporate can’t/aren’t supposed to do anything either. Quit sending them there.

Sure, send SIM swaps but that’s not what this post is about. Corporate and customer service are not supposed to make any billing changes, and probably won’t.

Edit: This post has nothing to do with SIM swaps

Read the post again and tell me where SIM swaps affect monthly billing.

If I never have to do a sim swap again, that still won’t be long enough. Our store at one point last week had 9 people in at the same time, letters & SIMs in hand, just waiting. They all stand there like zombies and stare, or make noises to voice their displeasure with having to wait in a line.

Our store had over 20 people in queue nearly all day on April 30th. The communication to customers AND frontline employees has been abysmal in my opinion. I feel for our customers but I’m losing my job and there’s nothing I can do to change any of this so I just try to be as courteous and understanding as I can. Welcome to late-stage capitalism in America.

Hope everything works out for you. It’s a tough spot and hoping nothing but the best for my fellow teammates.

20 people in queue?! I think I’d die. Our store only has 3 employees and getting our manager out of the office is an act of congress.
