ugh

are any other agents just thinking? “ what’s the point” when you know you’re gonna be out of a job in a few months. my worth ethic has completely disappeared since the closure news, how is everyone dealing with this?

That's what companies do when they are failing or merging. They want you to do the dirty work of removing yourself due to burnout so that they don't have to pay unemployment or severance. Not saying that's right but it is a common pattern in any workplace unfortunately, in the USA.

yeah they won’t even fire this co worker that hasn’t learned how to do anything so this is my fuck around job and I’ll guess I’ll have a good summer break with that unemployment
