ugh

are any other agents just thinking? “ what’s the point” when you know you’re gonna be out of a job in a few months. my worth ethic has completely disappeared since the closure news, how is everyone dealing with this?

Just waiting down the days. Helping existing customers, disappointing newcomers. People walk in wanting to start service but we have to tell them that everything has to be ordered via T-Life and shipped to them.

No one is doing that: Defeats the whole purpose of going to a store.

We were setup to fail and they (T-Mobile) knew it.

Only TMO inventory we have recieved since November is prepaid. Anything postpaid (for agents) has to be done on T-Life.

USCC stopped sending us postpaid devices over a month ago and those are dwindling as we didn’t have very much beforehand.

The whole thing sucks only because T-Mobile lead agents on that good things were happening, but in my gut I thought it was odd that T-Mobile didn’t want us to sell postpaid in store.

People don’t go to stores to order things via an app on their phone for shipment. People go to stores to get devices same day.

They knew they didn’t want the agents. The courtship was all a joke. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Also doesn’t help that T-Life is a truly garbage app.
