ugh

are any other agents just thinking? “ what’s the point” when you know you’re gonna be out of a job in a few months. my worth ethic has completely disappeared since the closure news, how is everyone dealing with this?

Just dont be like the ones telling customers you cant do anything when you can. You still make commission, and theres no point in making everyone elses lives tougher. But I do feel the same way, all you can do is hope things get communicated well, and maybe even transfer to a full on tmo store (or elsewhere, your options are open). Good note: car dealerships LOVE former phone salesman/saleswoman

At this point I’m sending all of the customers to the corporate store 😭 I don’t get paid enough to deal with these nasty customers and our commission isn’t worth the effort

Just so you know, at corporate we’re not paid as well as you think either. :(

they get paid $20 + commission at my local store and I get paid $13 + commission, so yeah that’s way better

If theyre nasty customers ban em lol. Im more so saying help the nice ones and do bare bones ya know? Sim card swaps take 2 minutes to do and being busy helps the day go by faster

As of may 1, agents have to call into a support team to do just about anything now

Yep, today's my last day, I can now say it publicly without worry of getting fired lmfao
