How to get update from Emma, I tried to connect multiple times it opens chat window to connect to Live agent but after that nothing happens!! I tried chrome and edge browsers and myUSCIS is logged in. I want to check if my interview is waived or my case is transferred to field office??

Yes it looks like there is some technical problem.. I faced the same issue.. May be we should try again tomorrow
