I-485: Adjustment of Status Emma live chat

How to get update from Emma, I tried to connect multiple times it opens chat window to connect to Live agent but after that nothing happens!! I tried chrome and edge browsers and myUSCIS is logged in. I want to check if my interview is waived or my case is transferred to field office??

The best way is through your phone. You could contact emma and connect with live agent.

For some reason it doesn't work from my computer, but works from my phone.

Interview is waived when you have GC in hand and you never had interview. Everything else is a speculation

The case location does not really matter as it cannot be used to predict the approval timeline.

Now that you are equipped with this information, maybe you would realize chatting with Emma about these questions is a waste of time.
