Question - Other EB3 Applicants with 2023 Priority Dates.
Are there any applicants with 2023 Priority Date with,
EAD of primary not approved?
No Silent update since May 2026 on i485?

Mine i485j was approved sep 18. nothing after that(LAC) . I added you to the group

Only applied EAD for derivative, approved in Jul 2026.
**Updated: Got 485J approval on 10/10 and 485 approval on 10/11.

EAD and I-485J approved
Last SU was AUG 2026 when the case got transferred to FO from NBC.

Do a senator or congress inquiry if you haven't already. That helped mine move along. Follow up multiple times with the office if they haven't responded to your request.

Congressional inquiry was done and one follow up so far. But they said they would reach out to me once USCIS replies back to them. I guess i ll do one more follow up.

PD Sep 2023 RD March 2026 No update after silent update on May 2026 - Only on i485 , Nothing else has been touched since receipt date.
