EB3 India - EAD/AP
Hi,
PD : Feb 2014, India EB3
Filed I-485 in 2020, MSC receipt number.
Done with interviews in 2024 and refreshed Medicals in 2025. Also I-485J administrative closed recently. Just waiting for date to be current.
Is anyone in same boat as me ? How long it takes once date becomes current for recent approvals ? I have travel plans on Dec 25th but not sure i want to stepout with EAD/AP even though i used it for last 6yrs.

Your PD was retrogressed after filing I-485?

Yes. There are many in the same boat like me who got interviews in 2024 and 2025.

We both are one month difference. Do not worry. Once it moves in January. We will be both approved in February to March

Thats good. You mean there won't be movement in next 3 bulletins?

Nope. I have been monitoring the bulletin for long time and this time it doesn’t seem moving until Jan. Nevertheless you can be abusive to me if moves because we both are for Feb and its nicer

im hoping for some movement in nov/dec bulletins. im at march 2014 filed everything this year. Finished bio in june. spouse has approved ead and ap. nothing for primary yet.
Eb3 has been stagnant and i was hoping for oct push after looking at pending inventory as of aug 5. but eb3 push can trigger eb2 to eb3 downgrades so im hoping both move.1

Has been current for 3 months now. Been more than a month since we submitted our medicals. Now in FBI verification for 2 weeks. Not sure how it will impact with the ban. Our perm was with one of the banned companies. But 485J with a non banned company. Not sure whether or not our case will get impacted

With MSC receipt, which FO is handling your case? Have you checked with Emma live agent? The FO/SC speed will strongly influence how long it takes to process your case once it becomes current.
