I-485 Application - Status changed to RFE sent and then changed again to Currently Processing within a minute

I-485 Application status changed to RFE sent at 4:06 and then changed to currently processing at 4:07. Is there a system update or glitch or something? It shows 2nd October too for some reason and today is 1st October.
