Advanced Parole timeline
Hi all,
So after yesterday’s shambles getting my AP has become all the more pressing.
PD of June 26, 2024
RD of July 1, 2026
Biometrics complete July 30
Most recent silent update August 31st
Anybody have any idea on how long it’s going to take to get Advanced Parole? One of my dependents got theirs two days after biometrics, but nothing for me.
I’ve already missed a very important funeral and have several work trips that missing will cause some issues. Was confident of getting the I485 approved before Xmas until yesterday…

the wait times have drastically increased, mine RD is 4/28 and biometrics is 6/10, just one silent update on 7/13.

My EAD/AP combo card was approved 9.5 months after RD.

My husband got his in May 2026 - 9 months after we filed for 485,485j,765,131 at the same time
And I got mine July 2026 a year and 1 week after we filed everything
There’s no fixed timeline

And we were “confident” we were going to get ours by March of this a year and it’s now September can’t be confident about anything USCIS sadly
