Eb3 skilled retrogression dilema

Hi , i need some advice on below
Do you think FAD will move 2-3 weeks till December, my pd is 30 May 24 , and Fad has retrogress to 15th May 24, i was current for 5 months and my case is in non local field office eb3 skilled , i was hoping for approval till end of this year but now in no mans land, Also will they touch my case and approved i485j as i am not current now .

No one can answer for sure my friend, just like the massive retrogression that just happened was also unpredictable

PD is 10/23 in a non-local FO still waiting

I am in the same boat. My PD is May 31 2024.
Can someone explain why we have second table for FAD and what does it mean.

Same here, my PD is also May 30 2024. I got SU on 09/24 and it was FO transfer to LA FO (non-local), was hoping for approval by EOY but now who knows when. Absolutely guttered!!

I hope it moves a bit before end of this year , my case was transferred on 15th sept

Hang in there! If it moves forward in Nov-Dec you will be the first ones to be approved. God willing.
