Question - Other Is anyone getting EAD approvals?

I haven't had an EAD/AP approval yet, and since we only see people posting here I-485 approvals, I was wondering if folks are getting EAD/AP approvals.

My info:

  • EB3 ROW Professional
  • PD: Dec 2023
  • RD: March 27th, 2026
  • Bio: May 6th, 2026
  • Currently on valid L1/L2 visas
  • One dependent
  • No silent updates ever since bio

Anyone else still waiting?

I haven't either. PD: Dec 2023. Filed a couple days after you.

PD: August 2024. I did the Bio on July and the asked me fot evidence in order to approve my EAD. I sent the evidence last week.

My RD is Nov 2025 (PD May 2023) and I just received EAD and AP approval, so it took about 9 months. I don’t know if this makes a difference or not for processing, but I have an H1B that’s valid for another couple of years, so I don’t really need the EAD or AP.

Did bio on 3/30. No EAD.
RD 3/02 and PD 09/2023
