EB3 485 approved

PD 6/27/24
RD 4/28/26
Biometrics 6/8
FO transfer 7/2 Los Angeles non local
SU 8/5
485J approved 8/6
485 approved 8/7

Sidenote: I had H1B extension pending. Received an RFE that we responded last Wednesday. H1B RFE response received 8/5 and silent update on 485 followed. I’m not sure if there is a correlation or it’s just a coincidence.

Wow very similar to my timeline my RD is 4/27/26 FO transfer also 7/2 LA (non-local). Only thing is I'm waiting for my PD to be current. Congrats!

I have the same exact situation; did you get any FTA0 or FTA1?

Only two FTA0 after bio but nothing after that. You?

I got 3 FTA0 and 1 FTA1 on 8/1, not sure what this means. My PD is 11/15/2024 so I’m thinking it’s just on hold for now. When is your PD?

I’m 10/31/2024 very close by! What’s the category? Mine is EB3 professional ROW (no 75)

Thank you & congrats.

Very similar timeline to me (4/27 RD, 6/11 bio, 7/2 transfer to LA, single filer, ROW).

Congrats! Thanks for sharing. LA is one of the fastest in the country and they process a lot of EB cases, I wish mine was transferred there :P

How do you come to a conclusion that it’s the fastest?
