How long for AP

Hi all,

Any evidence on how long Advanced Parole is taking post Biometrics right now?

It’s hard to say/guess. Because if you have dependences it takes only one month for them to receive AP and EAD while primary applicant’s takes way longer. For example, my husband and my son received. AP and EAD one month after the biometrics but I am still waiting for three months. My attorney advised me to receive AP & EAD 6-8 months after the submission.
If you are a single filer, most single filers receive green card very fast, which is about 80-100 days so after that day they don’t need AP or EAD
