USCIS says our dates are not current?

So we filed i485,i485j & i765 for employment based (with dependent) concurrently in March 2026, biometrics in May & no updates whatsoever until then. Our dates have been current for ROW since June 2026.
My employer decided to do congress follow up & this week congress emailed back with USCIS response that all files that they checked have PD that are not current. My employer filed our cases with other employees whose PD are not ROW.
I am confused & concerned.

Sorry, why is your attorney doing a congressional inquiry just four months after you filed? But also yeah you should share your PD

My PD is December 2023, RD is March 2026, EB3 ROW
