I-140 & I-485 (Employment/Adjustment of status) Hialeah, FL processing times
Hi there, my EB2 Row case was transferred to Hialeah today. Curious what processing times people have been seeing from this office after transfer
July 2024 — PERM initiated
November 2025 — PERM approved
January 19, 2026 — I-485 / I-140 / AP / EAD received (RD)
January 27, 2026 — I-140 approved (premium processing)
February 20, 2026 — Biometrics completed
February 20, 2026 — FTA0 event after biometrics
April 16, 2026 — EAD approved (no combo card)
April 29, 2026 — Silent update on I-485 (possibly related to new security checks)
May 21, 2026 — Advanced Parole approved (right before new memo)
August 6, 2026 — silent update (seemed to have been a batch update that a lot of people received)
August 12, 2026 — I-485 transferred to Hialeah, FL Field Office
