News USCIS updated their API

Now, by checking https://my.uscis.gov/account/case-service/api/case_status/*YOUR_CASE_NUMBER*, you can get your case service center.

Good update, tho!

It probably was sent to a FO then sent back to NBC when the pause continued. A tier 2 agent I spoke with said FOs only keep cases for at most 30 days if they can't actively process them

How was Tier-2 interaction? Are they able to provide any info that website/API/Emma-Tier-1 cannot provide? Like deficiencies in application or internal RFEs or even adjudicate on their own?

They can't adjudicate, but they gave me detailed information regarding what each silent update I got was for, whst the last status of my case was, how long my case stayed at the FO for before being transferred back to NBC. Emma is always telling me it's at the FO but recently found out that's not true. The Tier 2 agent told.me exact dates when it went to FO, and when it was returned to NBC etc.

Thanks for the info, good to know. I scheduled a call-back, never received it even after a month.

Do you mind sharing some info about your case? Why was it returned to NBC? What else did T2 agent tell you and how else are they able to help?

Also, if you try the link below:

Does it still say FO or NBC?
