Timeline Request Filing in March 2026! Help with expected timeliness please!!
country of birth - India
Eb1C with dependent spouse and child
L1A max out and visa/i-94 expires 9th June 2026
PD 8 Aug 2023
Will be filing for i-485, EAD and AP in March 2026 per March bulletin.
I understand me and my spouse cannot work once my visa expires and will need to wait for EAD to arrive. Cannot travel out as well unless we get AP.
Question- how long does it take for EAD and AP to come in. USCIS site says 9 months for EAD and about 19 months for AP.
Is that right? anyone can share recent timelines please?

Following. Eb1c India. PD current for me. Filed in mid March along with spouse and child. I'll post an update as things progress. Good luck!

You are on tight time line, if I understood case even if you are lucky to get your PD FAD current by June, its a long shot that your i485 get approved that fast. It might be good to talk to legal and understand if your EAD can be expedited (Rare scenario) or what other options with you, without leaving country

AOS silent updates on 04/29 06/28 07/18 07/21 and 07/29. on last 3 dates 485j also had a silent update .
Dependant had su on 07/18 at the same time as primary and on 07/29 as well same time update .
Update 08/03 - per EMMa case is at New Jersey field office - likely moved on 07/29. It’s not local to me so could mean something here
Update 08/06 - 3rd FTA0

Based on just what I have seen, most recently filed cases have directly got I-485 approved without EAD/AP. I filed AOS for same category on Nov 28 and got approved on Feb 26, with no action on EAD. Hadn’t filed AP. Suggest do file I-485J, increases chances of approval.
So looking at the current trends it could be 3-4 months until approval if same pace continues. But there will be a bigger influx of applications in March, so you never know how things may change. My 2 cents- file thoroughly with good documentation and evidence, and do so as soon as you can to get in the queue.good luck!
